Renew Engineering Services is an engineering consultancy that specialises in renewable energy, with a passion for designing, building and integrating battery, solar, and wind power with gas and diesel generation across Australia.

Director Jack Parsons is a Renewable Engineer with a broad range of experience across multiple disciplines, ranging from the design and configuration of power station control systems to managing construction and commissioning teams onsite. He has worked in a range of industries for contractors and clients, acting in various technical and management roles on behalf of network utilities, power producers, commercial solar EPCs, electrical contractors, and control system providers.

With over 13 years of experience as an engineer and project manager he has demonstrated abilities in high penetration hybrid systems, utilitiy and commerical solar power systems, battery systems, diesel and gas generators, microgrids, electricity networks, control systems, SCADA systems, and remote area power stations.

Jack is passionate about delivering practical, reliable, and cost effective solutions to clients to facilitate the power industry transitioning to renewable sources, and prides himself on being approachable, energetic, and driven, with a particular focus on attention to detail. He holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering (University of Adelaide), a postgraduate honours degree in Photovoltaics and Solar Energy (UNSW), and is a CEC accredited designer for on-grid solar systems.
